Siddals Road was once home to the colour and dye works, remember the yellow and orange stained buildings and pavements?

The picture above left shows the Copeland Street junction and above on the right is looking towards the Playhouse from Copeland Street, below are two pictures of the site now Speeds Volvo Showrooms have been built

Station Approach in 1991 one frosty morning, the dye works were on the right in the picture on the right, remember the stained buildings and pavements?

These three pictures taken in 1997 show the alteration of the junction of Siddals Road, Station Approach and the new link road into Pride Park, named Pride Park Way

The picture above left taken in 1997 shows the work on Station Approach to accommodate Pride Park Way and above right is a similar view once the work has been completed and on the right is an overhead view of  the new link road, Pride Park Way
